admin I’m turning 30 soon, and have never really done the whole skin care thing other than washing my face in the shower. Now I’d like to start trying to take better care of my skin.
I have normal to combination skin that is prone to break outs on my forehead and chin. Very fine lines and dark circles under my eyes.
May 22nd, 2010 admin Based on my avatar you should know that I have blond hair, blue eyes and pale skin. What makeup should I use and which brand? I was using Neutrogena before but I want to ask for something better for Christmas.

I am a licensed esthetician and am looking into different opportunities. I’m also interested in skin care product lines that are hiring regional consultants as well.

1 Comment » May 20th, 2010 admin I have watched the commercials for Sheer Cover and Bare Minerals and they look good but do they work? Will they make older skin look dry and fill in wrinkles? Does it really cover? Are they a mess? How is LOreal and the cheaper mineral makeup versions? What ingredients do you look for in this type of makeup? I hate wearing liquid foundation when it is hot and humid and thought the powder-mineral makeup might feel better, but I need to cover skin imperfections and dark eye circles!

I still want to look like myself. What’s something that is easy to do daily? Are there any tips (cheap stuff with great quality, homemade stuff, etc.)?
I’m looking for more of a natural, clean look; nothing dark or sexy.
May 17th, 2010 admin My forehead and nose are ridiculously dry, to the point of peeling. But I have topical acne (Not the deep kind) along my jawline and under my cheek bones. I’m trying to find a good skin care regimen that will treat my acne without drying out my skin even more than it already is. Any suggestions?
May 16th, 2010 admin I need makeup ideas for school, dates, and regular time. I need to be able to look my best for the begining of high school and Ive never worn makeup to school before. Ive tried putting on eye liner, but I have no clue wear to apply it.

May 12th, 2010 admin I’m looking for a new style of makeup for myself. I have pale skin, a lot of freckles, and blueish-grey eyes. I’m starting to think the makeup i wear is too dark… Usually I just wear black eyeliner and black mascara,sometimes eyeshadow. May 8th, 2010 admin My skin is pretty dry and I get zits often and mostly blackheads. I have tried Clean & Clear and St. Ives which doesn’t seem to work and Oxy and Clearisil which dried out my skin. What is a really effective skin care product that will not dry out my skin and get rid of my blackheads and other types of pimples? Thanks!

The only thing is, I am not the tannest person at the moment, it being the middle of the winter and all, so I was just curious as to how I could do my makeup once my hair is blonde so I don’t look so washed out.
