this is a really great conditioner for people with thick or long hair. especially for people whose hair is hard to brush after getting out of the shower! my hair is curly/wavy and thick, and it tends to look frizzy unless i use this conditioner. my hair is also long and it’s hard to brush sometimes… my fix to that problem is putting a quarter sized amount in my hair when it’s still damp (after i get out of the shower) and it is easier to brush! and it takes care of the frizz. it doesn’t weigh my hair down or anything, but leaving a tiny bit in my hair keeps the fly-aways down…

I tried All Soft shampoo & conditioner when my hair was bleached and coloured too much in a very short span of time. My hair was dry, brittle and very straw-like, and All Soft returned it back to soft, shiny, smooth and manageable in just a few uses. I highly recommend it for anyone with overprocessed and overstressed hair, be it from colouring/bleaching, chemical straightening or just heat-styling damage. I don’t recommend it for permed or curly hair, though, since it might weigh the curls down a bit too much, in that case use Fresh Curls shampoo & conditioner with Redken Glass serum.

This is a great product. After repeatedly (months) using a very hot flat iron, along with multiple colorings –I have a tendancy to go to a full service salon for color and cuts, get bored with the color in a couple/few weeks, color it myself, only to go BACK to the salon yet a few weeks later for more color)– this product really helps correct dryness and brittleness, just as it says. It helps to wash and then condition first, letting this conditioner stay in for 10 to 15 minutes while you go through the rest of your beauty/cleansing routine. The results are really, really good! I have thick, somewhat coarse hair (actually, my hair texture is a real mix: naturally curly but more of a wave to it than curl and a good portion of it IS controllable when healthy but I’d say 25% of it naturally — not even considering how it is when it’s damaged — is not easily managed at all).

I had high hopes for this conditioner. It smells good and works OK. But it is not worth the extra cost. Pantene ProV conditioners work better than this.

We used this at a salon for the first time today on my daughter’s waist length fine blonde hair and it did a great job. The stylist used very little and she didn’t have to comb the conditioner through before she rinsed it out. It really did a nice job on the split ends and fly away hairs. Nice product. You can buy it cheaper online elsewhere.
