Never tried mineral makeup before but followed the directions and it goes on well. I needed to spend more money to get super saver shipping and this was less expensive than other mineral makeup so I got it.
I was nervous about not getting the “brand names” out there but the fact that this is all natural and has the ingredients that you’re supposed to have in mineral makeup (and doesn’t have fillers to my knowledge) makes it a good starter kit to buy. I use MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Microperfecting Primer beforehand and that makes it last all day. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that some of the eye shadow and one of the blush’s included in this set had too much sparkle for my taste for daytime looks. But the other blush, the foundations and concealers, mineral veil and brushes are all good. Comes with a nice traveling case for makeup and one for brushes, too.
